How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed an order and it has been dispatched out of warehouse in Albany, our couriers will usually have it at your door within 3 working days. If you are based in the Auckland area our courier should get it to you by the next day. For rural areas please expect your order to arrive within 4-5 days.

Can I have my order sent anywhere?

We pride ourselves on being able to get your order to you anywhere you are in New Zealand. Whether you are at your bach near the beach of in your apartment in the city we will do out best to get it right to you. Please note however we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All of our transactions occur via our secure e-commerce provider DPS/Payment Express. No credit card details are stored on our site.  

Can I have a Tax Invoice sent to me?

An automatic order confirmation is sent to you once you have completed your order, that includes all of the cost details including GST. If you however would like a specific tax invoice for your own records don't hesitate to get in touch with us on 0800-800-640.

I don't like the wine that I ordered, what are my options?

We know that not everyone has the same palate and a five star, multi award winning wine might taste brilliant to Bob Campbell, but like something produced in an old shack by your second cousin to you. That's why we have our 100% money back guarantee! If you try a bottle only to discover you don't like the wine just get in touch with us and we will organise a pick up of the remaining bottles and refund the case. Do I have to be a Wine Central member to order from Treat Me Cellar?

In short, no you don't. You are able to create an account with us at the TreatMe store so that we can save your contact and shipping details to make ordering and re-ordering much faster. However you are still able to go through checkout as a guest, you will just need to enter your name, contact details and delivery address at checkout each time. 

Can I pick up my order?

If you call our help desk on 0800 800 640 you can arrange to collect your order from our warehouse in Albany.
