Dark purple in colour. Intense plums, vanilla and red fruits with a hint of spice and freshly grated nutmeg on the nose. The mid palate is weighty and generous, the fine tannins offer a firm structure now but will develop a velvety texture as the wine ages.
Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques and American oak hogsheads - 20% new.
